The 2nd Hokkaido Satellite Data Use Study Group
The Quasi-Zenith Satellite "MICHIBIKI" Unit 4 was launched on the 10th of last month, which enables high-precision positioning in Japan from next fiscal year.
これまでもＧＰＳ等を利用した衛星測位サービスは行われていますが、今後はセンチメートルレベルの精度の衛星測位が実現します。
衛星測位のサービス環境を劇的に進化させる「みちびき」により、さまざまな分野での活用が期待されています。
車の運転支援や自動運転、農業機械の自動走行、土木工事における情報化、あるいは観光情報やこども・高齢者の見守りサービスなど、新たな活用が始まっています。
北海道における高精度の衛星測位を利用したビジネスやサービスの創出を図るため、新たな取組に関心のある事業者の方を対象に、衛星測位に関する最新の動向や活用事例を紹介し、新たなサービス等の創出に向けた情報交換を目的とした研究会を開催します。
