Recently AI is a boom, which is based on machine learning techniques such as deep learning. To do machine learning, enormous amounts of data are required, and information technology called IoT (Internet Of Things) and big data is attracting attention. Hokkaido is a treasure trove of huge data such as agriculture, fishery, sightseeing, and it is expected to aim at the future by taking advantage of the data. We will take up the cutting-edge efforts of information technology unique to Hokkaido.
