シュワシュワとはじける炭酸の泡は爽快感、その泡はあっという間に消えてなくなってしまう儚さ。そしてどんな色にも自在に変化していく。そんな“炭酸系サウンド”を目指し、2014年5月、動画サイトを中心に活動していたYurin(Vo&Gt)、VOCALOIDを使用して音楽活動していた知(Gt)、フジムラ(B)で結成。 2014年7月26日、下北沢CLUB251にて初ライブを敢行。チケットは即日完売した。2015年6月、1st ミニアルバム『サイダーのしくみ』をライブ会場限定でリリース。インターネットを含むメディアでは一切顔を出さず、ライブ会場でのみ本人たちの姿を目撃できるということと、“炭酸系”サウンドが相まって話題となり、2016年2月、タワーレコード限定発売の2ndミニアルバム『サイダーの街まで』がスマッシュヒット。初の全国ツアー""サイダーガール TOUR 2016 サイダーのゆくえ -君の街まで-""を成功させた。夏には、続々と大型フェス、イベントへの出演、10月11月には2ヶ月連続ミニアルバムをリリース、初のワンマンライブ＠代官山UNITを含む東名阪ツアーは全公演ソールドアウトとなった。 そして初ライブからちょうど3年後の2017年7月26日にユニバーサルＪよりシングル「エバーグリーン」にてメジャーデビュー。

2016年1月、ボーカルギターの小池貞利が、職場の後輩であり、楽器未経験の佐藤健一郎をベースに誘い、埼玉でtetoを結成。サポートメンバーを交え活動していたが、小池の弾き語りライブで偶然出会ったベーシストの山崎陸をギタリストとしてメンバーに招く。同年10月、1stEP「Pain Pain Pain」を自身のレーベルを立ち上げリリース。流通を通してない状況にもかかわらずオンラインの二店舗のみで初回プレス分を一ヶ月で完売させる。同年12月、小池の学生時代からの友人である福田裕介がドラマーとして正式に加入。2017年6月、Helsinki Lambda ClubがUK.PROJECT内に設立したレーベル「Hamsterdam Records」より、同バンドとのスプリットシングルをリリース。これまでに「下北沢にて'16」、「IMAIKE GO NOW」、「ヤングライオン祭り'17」、「SOUND CRUISING 2017」等に出演。 今夏には「UKFC on the Road 2017」や「BAYCAMP2017」に出演が決定している。 8/30に1st Mini ALBUM「dystopia」をリリースする。
