Web × IoT Makers Challenge 2018 - 19 in Sapporo, we learned the hardware control by JavaScript using the small board computer Raspberry Pi 3 in a hands-on form for two days, utilizing the technology learned two weeks later, We will do Hackasson with.

At the hands-on workshop of the first half schedule, after lecturing on the basic knowledge of IoT including radio literacy, using the IoT programming environment CHIRIMEN for Raspberry Pi 3 built on Raspberry Pi 3 as a teaching material, We will learn the control of sensors and actuators (such as motors) connected to the net with hands-on style workshops. In addition, we will also conduct an idea workshop on the theme of Hokkason's work for the theme of community issues.

In the latter half of Hackathon, IoT works are produced for each team by utilizing the techniques learned by hands-on training and compete for the results. The preparation period from Team Formation to Hackason is about 2 weeks. Meanwhile, we will consult with the members and procure materials necessary for the production of the work. In addition, materials cost related to Hutchison's work are also subsidized up to 25,000 yen per team.
We invite you to the team selected for the best work at Hackasson for a work exhibition at the Smart IoT Promotion Forum General Meeting to be held in Tokyo in March 2019 (planned)!
