It is my 4th year since the efforts of "local creation" began. In each municipality, various measures are being promoted, such as creating an environment that creates jobs in rural areas, allowing them to work with peace of mind, and improving support systems to meet the desires of marriage, childbirth, and child rearing of young people. The power of young people is indispensable to make them healthy. Many of those young people leave their locals as a result of going to high school or university. Why do not young people come back? What should I do to increase the number of young people remaining locally?
Based on the case of "Urahara Style" that Urahoro Town is working on, we will explore what regional creation can be done for education.
